Author Guidelines for Journal of Management STEI

• Footnotes should not be used for referencing purposes.

Submission Guidelines

• Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal's website.
• The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word or a compatible format, and all figures and tables should be included within the text.
• A cover letter should be included with the submission, which provides the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and a brief description of the manuscript's contribution to the management field.
