Author Guidelines for Journal of Management STEI
The Journal of Management STEI is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research papers and review articles in management. The following author guidelines are designed to ensure that your manuscript is appropriately prepared and meets the journal's requirements.
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts should be written in English and between 6,000 and 8,000 words.
- The manuscript should be prepared using Microsoft Word or a similar word processing program and double-spaced, including references and tables.
- All figures and tables should be numbered and included within the text, with captions and titles appropriately provided.
- The manuscript should include a title page with the paper's title, author names, affiliations, and an abstract of no more than 250 words.
References
- The journal follows the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style for in-text citations and references.
- References should be listed alphabetically and include complete information, including authors' names, publication year, title, journal name, volume, and page numbers.
- Footnotes should not be used for referencing purposes.
Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts should be submitted online through the journal's website.
- The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word or a compatible format, and all figures and tables should be included within the text.
- A cover letter should be included with the submission, which provides the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and a brief description of the manuscript's contribution to the management field.
Review Process
- The Journal of Management STEI uses a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and credibility of the published articles.
