Jurnal Manajemen STEI (JMSTEI) is a peer-reviewed journal. JMSTEI invites academics and researchers engaging in original research in the economics, management, and accounting to publish their scholarly works in JMSTEI.

Focus and Scope for Journal of Management STEI

The Journal of Management STEI is a bi-annual peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research papers and review articles in the field of management. The journal aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share their insights and knowledge on the latest trends and developments in the field of management.

The journal welcomes contributions on a wide range of topics related to management, including but not limited to:

The Journal of Management STEI is committed to upholding the highest academic rigor, originality, and relevance standards. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and credibility of the published articles.

We welcome authors from around the world to contribute to advancing management research and practice. Our goal is to publish high-quality, innovative research that contributes to the development of the field of management and positively impacts society.

 

Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript will undergo the following  peer-review process:

  1. The editor performs a technical and administrative assessment of the submitted manuscript.
  2. The editor delivers the manuscript that qualifies for the technical and administrative assessment for the blind review process. Manuscripts not qualifying for the technical and administrative assessments are returned to the authors.
  3. Reviewers review the manuscript and make decisions.
  4. The editor sends the reviewers’ decisions and recommendations to the authors along with the deadline for revision (if the decisions are minor/ major revision).
  5. The editor sends a ready-to-publish version to the authors before the publication for approval. Once approved by the authors, the manuscript cannot be changed.

 

Publication Frequency

JMSTEI publishes online twice a year, in March and September.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate access to its contents on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global knowledge exchange.

 

Article Processing Charges

Starting April 1, 2022, the publication fee IS FREE for each accepted paper.

 

E-journal Platform

JMSTEI is a fully refereed, open-access online journal for academics, researchers, graduate students, early-career researchers, and undergraduate students, published by Bagian Pengelolaan Jurnal dan Publikasi - Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Indonesia Jakarta (BPJP-STEI), Indonesia.

 

Journal History

In 2015, JMSTEI replaced Jurnal Manajemen STEI (p-ISSN:2442-4080),

JMSTEI used to be published three times yearly using the Chicago referencing style.  Since volume 20 (2018) JMSTEI has been published online twice a year in March and September, using the APA reference style since 2018.

JMSTEI is indexed by Google Scholar (October 2016) and DOAJ (December 2016). Since the mid of 2018, JMSTEI has been indexed by several other indexes, including Crossref, Sinta, Road, OneSearch, PKP Index, and WorldCat.
